Why is it hot...........??????
I shall tell you why.
When one builds a building and decides to have air conditioning throughout it they should NOT put the air conditioning units underneath a deck where people sit for breaks.
When one builds a deck in the hot Australian sun they should NOT have a tin roof over the top.
